• We have developed a unique, tailor-made construction tracking and quality assurance system that has been designed to ensure the following:
   

  • On site quality control that covers all items from the testing of mortar and concrete strength, to the adherence to good building practice through to the signing off of the finished product.

  • The correct specification of materials as well as the correct quantities are used on each individual house.

  • The houses are built in strict accordance with the NHBRC and the National Building regulations.

  • All houses are pre-snagged and de-snagged prior to the client taking hand over of the house.

   

• Strict adherence to these principles enables us to offer both our principals and end-user clients, a construction experience with a difference.

• We apply stringent controls, management disciplines and best practice systems to guarantee service and product to the highest standard.
